It's #WorldSuicidePreventionDay on Sunday. LGBT HERO, a national health & #wellbeing charity supporting LGBTQ+ people, have launched a new #suicideprevention hub for support for #LGBTQ + people in crisis, who have lived experience of suicide, & those who want to support loved ones
