I thought these comments by Chris Colose on this odd article were helpful. Why are there no examples in this Comment to show how climate scientists are being influenced by their 'activist' tendencies? Maybe because we are not actually seeing this in the science...?

Oh, the old 'normal' science... Why is Nature publishing this? Are scientists that collaborate with capitalism considered 'activists' too? Or this only applies to those fighting the status quo?
