Try! Finally someone breaks this second half deadlock - it's Marine Menager who beats Breach out wide for her second. Vernier with the key incision just before. Great conversion - 21-35 now...

It's one of the reasons they're behind, but France's refusal to slow the game down, go to the corner and control their possession is almost admirable....

Disaster for France - Khalfaoui's yellow card is upgraded to a red. They trail 14-35 and will be a player down for the rest go the game.

England get a fifth try before halftime - France have looked entirely unable to deal with that driving maul. Cokayne gets it and Aitchison (whose kicking has been perfect) converts. This looks almost wrapped up for England at halftime 35-14.

France have been careless this season so often with the ball and that loose pass was v unnecessary. Meg Jones intercepts and its 7-21.

Fantastic reply from France - Vernier put into a hole by Bourdon-Sansus but Khalfaoui and Fall in the lead up were magnificent. Much more like it. 7-14

Second try for England, knocking the wind out of this French crowd. Brilliant driving maul and Matthews eventually gets over. France under serious pressure here. 0-14
