The same sense with maternity safety Ron... It's desperately sad. I try not to loose sight of the fact that there has been progress in some areas and good working is happening - but it's hard to stay positive when so much avoidable harm continues.

Letters from appointments don’t come, only when I chase do I get something which should happen automatically.

Even my specialist hospital which used to be amazing is not.
