The Rams' trade-up for Braden Fiske was the most expensive Day 2 overpay of at least the last six drafts, according to ESPN's draft pick valuations.

Rams traded 52, 155 and a 2025 2nd to Carolina for 39.

I think it's a slight mitigating factor but probably not reasonable to think of Turner as a top 10 prospect in the class given last night. The best indicator for a player is the market (the draft) and 16 teams had the chance to select him and chose someone else.
