Beyond happy to have achieved a distinction for my MA Shakespeare & Theatre dissertation. It's been an amazing and inspiring 3 years at the incomparable Shakespeare Institute. Grateful thanks to my supervisor Dr Chris Laoutaris who completely changed the way I think about the plays.
We also folded paper, handled type, watched a Folger Shakespeare Library printing press demonstration, and heard Tiffany Stern talking about the vexed transition from printing to editing. Shakespeare Institute
Thank you to Shakespeare Institute PhD student Michelle Michel for giving a talk about her doctoral research to the Textual Studies MA students as part of this weekโs class โ about patents, textual piracy, printerly punishmentsโฆ A fascinating PhD thesis is on the horizon.
