Tents line sidewalks in the area known as Mass and Cass. Frustrated business owners worry it’s becoming increasingly dangerous. Weeks ago Mayor Michelle Wu 吳弭 said she would be taking steps to ensure basic public safety along Southampton Street because of near misses.
