Last night was my first performance on the US Coast to Coast tour with CBSO and it was truly magical. Thank you to all who came and enjoyed the evening!

What a wonderful week it's been... Last night was my first concert as Artist in Residence of Philharmonia Orchestra at Southbank Centre with Marin Alsop conducting, it was great to perform both Haydn cello concertos.

Thanks to Leicester and Bradford for welcoming us earlier in the week.

I was so sad to hear about the passing of Her Majesty the Queen yesterday. As a mark of respect, the BBC Proms Last Night of the Proms has been cancelled. My thoughts are with her family. Thank you, Queen Elizabeth II 🖤
