It is with great sadness that we report that former footballer, Maziar Salmanian was killed in the #IranProtests .

The former Damash Gilan player was killed by direct fire from the Islamic Republic’s repressive forces in Rasht.

He died on September 21st. Rest in peace Maziar. 🕊
