f2f communication skills are of course v impt

but, email communication is a skill in itself which people seem to be REALLY REALLY bad at

maybe there should be some training?

People in leadership positions should be trained on how to write emails effectively & in a way than engenders team spirit not destroy it.
Surprising number don't seem to be able to do this & given most leaders connect via email, f2f comm skills seem less impt these days

If one of your friends lets call them friend A had a fight with their friend, friend B and you didn't know B all that well but enough to say hi and chat to..

when you next saw B would you blank them / give them the cold shoulder just because of what happened with friend A?

My emails / messages have been out of control since I got back from my holiday, then I attended a conference & now I’ve been unwel for the best part of a week
