Visited Mitchell’s Fine Chocolates in Cleveland Heights—serving since 1939! Met owner Jason Hallaman and heard fascinating history. From a small soda fountain to chocolate haven, it's a gem. Loved hearing about Jason's family, including his legendary dad, Tall Ted Hallaman.

During the Solar Eclipse, I met Robin Leftridge (left) recently retired from Cleveland park maintenance, and her friend LaKimbre Brown. They often cycle together and were at Northcoast Harbor on East 9th in downtown Cleveland when I stopped to chat about the eclipse and cycling.

I spoke with Cleveland students Miana Sims, Chase Kirksey, and Nazyair Lewis, who like to meet at their favorite spot in Downtown Cleveland, which is this installation. I complimented their good taste since it’s the best public art piece in CLE Public Square Photo: April 27, 2023.

At noon on April 27, 1893, #Philadelphia 's historic Liberty Bell reached #Cleveland on its way to the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. In four hours an estimated 60,000 people viewed the historic bell in the railroad yard and from old Lakeview Park.
