This is so disappointing. Living in a small town, I love the convenience of Amazon, but this is just another (hidden) price of Amazon and I will more aggressively pursue other options.

Agree. I have the Docusign document AND their email confirming the service was discontinued and they are still trying to bill me. Do you really want this quality of company 'protecting' you? They only protect their profits. I recommend you stay FAR away.
