🤝 I met representatives of Hastings Fishermen's Protection Society today to discuss their priorities for the future of the fishing industry in #Hastings .

🌊 We talked about challenges they face, and what we’re doing to support #SustainableFishing for a strong economy.

Good to join Huw Merriman MP on Bexhill seafront to discuss what we’re doing to improve water quality, including:

➡️ Quadrupling water company inspections.

➡️ Delivering 100% monitoring of storm overflows.

➡️ Fast tracking £180 million investment this year.

Livestock worrying is distressing, both for animals and for the farmers who keep them.

That’s we’re supporting this Bill to crackdown on the issue.

Tenant farming is so important for the rural economy.
