Missis made homemade French Toast with Dark Forest Fruit Compote and Cream 🤪😋💚🌱

Threw jacket spuds in the oven, cooked vegan sausages and onion and transferred to pot. Added celery, carrot for 5 mins then mushroom, paprika, cumin, thyme, tin tomatoes x 2, 125m white wine, vegan chick'n stock cube cook for hour then add borletti beans for 30mins
Delicious!
