We broke ground on the new Bees stadium in Downtown Daybreak! Thanks to our incredible partner, America First CU, this entertainment district will be named America First Square, and will feature a new Megaplex, outdoor concert venue, restaurants, apartments, and office space.

. Utah Gov. Spencer J. Cox has the right vision for Utah over the next decade: Olympic Games, MLB, continued investment in transit and trails, etc. We also need to keep prioritizing policies that will enable housing affordability, air quality, and water conservation.

Grateful to live in Utah!

Higher interest rates are deterring home owners from selling their houses because they would be trading a lower rate for a much higher one. As a result, residential construction and new home sales are having a stronger year than many forecasted.

I came upon this Oath Ceremony in the Capitol rotunda today. These good people stood with their hands on their hearts singing the Star Spangled Banner. There were flags, cheers, and palpable patriotism as they became U.S. citizens. A fitting and inspiring event on #FlagDay2023
