Murmur MD Neo skirt, sinus sequestration, coronary reaccess. All more problematic with Evolut compared to SAPIEN. And now with Resilia the hemodynamic advantage is no longer there.
So why would anyone put an Evolut in a low risk patient? 🤷‍♂️
