On the23to26th of April i attended Manicalnd  first everYouth anticorruption retreat initiated by Transparency International Zimbabwe partnering #SIYA project in collaboration with ZIMCODD #Youth4SDGs SAPST and USAID to strengthen youth' knowledge,adopting the culture of integrity, honesty & ethics

Yesterday, the 25th of April 2024, Transparency International Zimbabwe organized an anti-corruption policy dialogue in #Mutare . The policy dialogue aimed to bring together various stakeholders to discuss and predict the anti-corruption problems arising in #Manicaland .

Mutare residence identified corruption risks in the public delivery system including health, education, justice delivery, access to land for housing among others. Corruption in these sectors has implications on public services and ultimately human rights.

To influence the responsiveness of anti-corruption agencies (Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Republic Police) in Manicaland, in the fight against corruption, Transparency International Zimbabwe is hosting a Policy Dialogue involving Mutare residents, anti-corruption agencies and other government departments

In Manicaland today facilitating a Youth Anti-Corruption Retreat in collaboration with ZIMCODD #Youth4SDGs and SAPST. Young people are central In achieving #SGD 16 targets including sustainably reducing corruption and bribery, and holding power to account. USAID Zimbabwe
