NEWS: 16K academic workers at UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Irvine will strike next week, according to their union

They will join 15k workers already on strike at UCLA, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Davis over the university's response to pro-Palestine protests on campus.

One of the most insidious forms of campus violence is the withholding of degrees—the idea that if a student is disobedient, four years of work is invalidated. Obedience should not be the major lesson of a college education.
