I can't find any NOTAMs in Iranian airspace but multiple aircraft are diverting.

The only thing I can confidently say is no one has a clue about what Israel will hit, where it will be located (internal or external to Iran) or when it will happen. It seems like the last 72 hours has been mostly speculation and that trend will likely continue until they action.
