When professional regulators boast about being 'ready' for the job & a MAID enthusiast who advises them (and government) invokes soccer and Charlie Brown in context of broadening of ending of life, I guess we are indeed in a different moral universe...

If as a law maker, doctor, etc. you fill your days trying to convince Canada it's good to euthanize persons with disabilities/mental illness who are not at end of life and who's suffering is due to lack of supports, we'd suggest a career change is in order

Fun Fact: In Canada there is approx. 96,020 physicians. Per the medical assistance in dying (MAiD) 'safeguards' if 96,018 of those physicians determine you do not meet the criteria for MAiD, but 2 of the 96,020 say that you do, guess who's getting MAiD.
