Analysing gold samples from Lower Nubia today Cambridge Archaeology. This will complement lead isotopic and trace element analyses already done. Results will be out eventually. First time samples of gold from ancient Nubia is analysed in this way.

We were really excited to find three bifid razors at the Must Farm settlement as it is very rare to find several at a single site. Each razor was found in a different structure at the settlement suggesting that most households could have owned and used them
