Last year, 187 UN Volunteers with disabilities across 81 countries 🌍 demonstrated once again that they are the heartbeat of the United Nations 🇺🇳

Each year, UNCCD is introducing innovative ways to combat climate change and its effects. To support their efforts and collect substantial data, 126 Online Volunteers engaged through UNV served with UNCCD in 2023. 🥰

Kicking off a series of meetings with Government and UN counterparts in Azerbaijan 🇦🇿, UNV Director of Management Services Andrey Pogrebny met with UN Resident Coordinator Vladanka Andreeva.

UNV deployed 45 UN Volunteers in support of the UN 🇺🇳 in the country since early 2023.
