Currently happening: With support from USAID Rwanda through grants, RICEM is leading inclusive trainings to the youth from across Rwanda, on enhancing their barista, culinary, bakery skills and more.

The objective of this initiative is to make finance more affordable to the small and medium enterprises that continue to be the backbone of economic growth.
