Dr. Schopp: 'Many fear the procedure and the potential results. We can all relate to that fear. Early detection makes a huge difference. The benefits of early detection and getting your yearly mammogram at age 40 outweighs any of the risks of us being nervous about the result.'

Yesterday, Ashland Green IMPACT, a Dallas-based 501(c)3, partnered with the Moncrief Cancer Institute at UT Southwestern to provide free mammograms via a mobile screening clinic.
