Today Virginia Secretary of Transportation Miller, DRIVE SMART Virginia, VA State Police, VTCA & @Vadot spoke at a vigil at the #VDOT Workers' Memorial. Each speaker stressed the need for motorists to put down their phone, slow down & focus on the road when behind the wheel. #NWZAW
