Most areas east of the Blue Ridge in the Radio IQ listening area are now under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 9pm.

Tornado Warning including Staunton VA, Waynesboro VA and Stuarts Draft VA until 5:00 PM EDT

Tornado Warning including Staunton VA, Stuarts Draft VA and Fishersville VA until 4:30 PM EDT

Tornado Warning including Wytheville VA, Marion VA and Adwolf VA until 2:30 PM EDT

A third tornado watch now means the entire Radoi IQ listening area is under a tornado watch into this evneing.

Another tornado watch has been issues for the Shenandoah Valley and Central Virginia. A separate tornado watch is in effect for the southwest corner of the state until 6pm.

A tornado watch now includes the southwest corner of Virginia and counties along the Virginia-West Virginia line. Strong storms are expected across the listening area this afternoon and evening.

Western and Northern Virginia have a moderate risk (4 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service.
