For today's food themed we've selected Edward le Bas' (1904-1966) 'Anchovy Packers' c.1953.
Le Bas was a British artist and art collector connected to the Bloomsbury group through his long lasting friendship with Duncan Grant and Venessa Bell.

As we prepare for Saturdays Inverclyde STEM Festival's Family STEM Day, the Watt Library will be closed on Friday as we set up the exhibitions and it will be open for the Festival events only on Saturday. Normal service will resume on Wednesday 12th June.
