Increasing the amount of walking aids, such as crutches, walking sticks & frames, that are reused by patients is important

It helps:

🌟 Kath Evans RGN RSCN 💙💛 I worked in a rehabilitation hospital in Edinburgh - expansive green space & #OT garden. We would have meals outside with ‘patients’ and families, carrying tables & sunscreen downstairs! Space to walk and be outdoors! #WeNurses

WeNurses 💙 Sleep and motivation... but then you need to be consistent then motivation will come after... Would be nice to have a mini stretch session before starting the handover... #WeNurses

#WeNurses yes! I think all employers and organisations could do more.
Creating and valuing space to be active is vital. New builds need gardens and old gardens need nurtured.

WeNurses 💙 I'm team #AHP and it was nice to see a lot of engagement from all sides and be inspired.

I think I do need to live outside of London so access some of the activities... #WeNurses

Back to uni (again) University of Liverpool. Proud (and slightly nervous) to be the only Dietitian on the PG Cert Critical Care course amongst nursing staff and other #AHPs .
