He knew better.....

I think the peat depth in the research was only 7cm. Cause issue so different & difficult from “plant more trees” mantra it’s not being clearly explained.

Is this - language aside - an accurate summary of proceedings? If so, it raises serious questions about why Patrick Harvie rejected a rural exemption, when the consultation responses clearly called for one.
