Congratulations Minister Matthew Samuda, Jamaica and the region with the launch of the Blue Justice Caribbean Hub. Samuda highlighted that the region needs to look at itself as Large Ocean Nations rather than small island states and its important role in global ocean governance.
We must tackle significant barriers posed by fisheries crime to maximise the potential of the Blue Economy.
