Attendees explored #spelling difficulties and looked at specific needs in spelling with Nicole Gurvidi & David Reedy. They applied the knowledge & analysed examples of #writing .

Another 'thought-provoking THE Partnership Assistant & #DeputyHeadteachers ' Conference' where attendees considered their ' #purpose & #culture in #education ', and ' #AI which is a conversation that needs to happen'.

A great ECT session with Alison Gawthrope where the focus was on the 'importance of questioning to stimulate pupil thinking'. #ECTs #newteachers #towerhamlets

'Leading People' training run by James Heale - TEDx - #vulnerableleadership & Tracy Smith was 'informative, well-presented' and many attendees 'learnt the importance of self/team reflections' & 'how to utilise different leadership styles in meetings to get the best out of colleagues'.
