Over the last 15 years, I've done books events for TV and radio, and traveled across oceans to talk to kids in Europe and Asia. But I have never been able to coordinate an event at my own NEIGHBORHOOD LIBRARY!

Lastly, the best way to ruin reading for kids is to impose reading levels like Lexile or AR. Want kids to read more for fun? Encourage them to read WHAT THEY WANT TO READ instead of what some random adult in an office somewhere things they should read.
