I voted in the pay referendum today. I don’t care how you vote. I only care that: 1) You vote, and make your voice heard 2) Whatever the result, we all work together to secure FPR moving forward

I advocate for members to accept, to bank this and build our organising capacity in the workplace, to go again in April. But it’s far more important that everyone who has a vote does and that doctors remain unified and committed to pursuing the strategy chosen by the majority✊🏼

GMC This is disgraceful. You pushed through this horribly worded survey to try to get a certain slanted response. Even the patient groups warned you about this. When the responses turned out to be not what you wanted, you are now trying to delay and obscure. This won’t work.
