The dataset covers 174 countries from 1975 to 2022, combining 159 indicators from 20 sources into 29 key measures of democratic quality, organized by our framework of #democracy with four top level performance categories: Participation, Representation, Rights & the Rule of Law.

I'm really proud of the work our team (including Svend-Erik Skaaning and Claudiu Tufis) did to improve our concepts and methods for v7 of the GSoD Indices. You can check out the data and documents for now -- a new interactive website is coming in September.
