Evolut with severe PVL in two spots; very heavy/eccentric calcium; post dil made no difference. Pt NYHA III with worsening LV. Plug difficult with Evolut; she needs it. First wire through cell; another system built with good results (see first comment). DBP jumps 30>70 ;) NYHA I

Snaring the pin into the sheath can be challenging. I like the dual snare technique to direct the pin into the sheath. Alternatively, you can manually bevel the sheath.
