Absolutely inexpensive ways to reduce fluoroscopy exposure for all endosopists ? 1. Use Hawthorne effect: Measure flouroscopy time : pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23912400/ 2. Inverse square law: radiation exponentially drops when standing away--increasing distance 2x, reduces exposure 4 x !
