Today is the day.

Credit to the NLRB for this one. A great look at the rights you gain access to the moment your union is recognized. If you are an @apple store worker who has faced the unprecedented nation wide firings, aka #quietlayoffs , imagine what these rights could have done for your team.

A question we have heard many people ask. Apple had attempted to delay and demoralize in an attempt to break our will. Despite their efforts, even without a contract, a union has already done a lot for our team members.

Here is a nice breakdown covering details on where we are in negotiations. We wish we were the first to share this, but a certain journalist beat us to it.

We’ve know this issue is impacting Apple workers everywhere. Many malls have permanently shortened their open hours; this policy creates a burden of workers who work multiple jobs. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, women of color are much more likely to work two jobs.
