In 1954 the young Elizabeth II visited Uganda. The students of St. Henry's College Kitovu were among those carefully selected to receive her at Entebbe Airport. Mzee Edmond Mulumba; the father of Mr. Mayanja Willy was among the students. RIP Queen of GB.

Dr. Kawanga was a student at St. Henry's in 1940s. In 1951 he returned there to introduce cadet corps program. He was profiled among 100 influential OBs of the college in its centennial memorial book. Rest in peace great man

Bro. Leonard Robert Byankya, the oldest Brother in the Congregation of Brothers of Christian Instruction. He is celebrating the Platinum Jubilee (70) years in Religious Life today. He served as a Headteacher at SHACK 1979 to 1983.
