Our campaign is now out in the wild 🐯 (and on the M5 🚘)

It's time to imagine and demand better for the 4.2 million UK kids growing up in poverty.

A massive thank you to Creature London, Total Media, & others for making this possible.

'The underlying problem is that so many families don't have enough money to live on year round and that's on central government - not local authorities - to tackle.' - Our Chief Exec Alison Garnham

Last week new stats revealed one in 10 children are now affected.

1.5 million children.

Ending the policy would lift 250,000 children out of poverty and mean 850,000 children are in less deep poverty.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again:

The two-child limit drives up child poverty and harms kids.

Getting rid of the policy would cut child poverty overnight.

We want all parties to make serious commitments on child poverty. That must include ending the two-child limit.

The two-child limit and the benefit cap (two separate policies) have been the subject of a 3-year study.

Join us at 1pm to hear what the study found:

Children affected by the two-child limit and benefit cap are affected beyond missing out on material things.

- Kids not wanting to go to school because they've got the wrong shoes and they'll be picked on

- Kids not asking for things they need

- Kids growing up too soon.

The two-child limit restricts support to 2 kids.

The benefit cap puts an overall limit on some households' support.

Both cause harm and should be lifted.

Some families are affected by both.
