Remember when Mike Farnworth gave Surrey a deadline to accept BC's $250m "final offer" on policing and was surprised Mayor Brenda Locke rejected it April 9? Turns out, she HAD accepted the deal initially, then changed her mind. Here's the letter (had to file $10 FOI to get it)
