During Q&A, I asked Premier David Eby what the govt will do to expand overdose prevention sites where people can use drugs after the recriminalization policy. He said govt is working to launch a virtual clinic so people can more easily access methadone and Suboxone.

NEW - Ottawa has granted BC’s request to recriminalize public drug use in hospitals and in public places like beaches, parks, doorways, bus stops. Federal minister Ya’ara Saks said drug use will still be treated as a health issue but police need more tools to address safety.
