My wee 6yr old Zahra. Telling me about the "growth mindset" she must maintain & the fixed mindset she should not pursue. The growth mindset talk formed part of the 1st go-to session of my The Scottish Quality and Safety Fellowship training. I'm loving watching this child of mine grow & learn. A privilege
