Josh Kerr runs an incredible 3:44.3 to win the Fifth Avenue Mile in New York. The Fifth Ave course record of 3:47.52 was set way back in 1981 by Sydney Maree. Kerr just broke it by 3+ seconds -- three days after racing the Zurich Diamond League. What a run.

Throwback to 2019 when BYU Track & Field/Cross Country men finished 1, 3, and 4 at the NCAA 10000m final, with former American Fork HS runners Clayton Young and Connor McMillan finishing in 1st and 3rd, respectively, with Conner Mantz in 4th. Take it away Isaac Wood!

Jakob Ingebrigtsen's half marathon debut in Copenhagen did not go well. He stopped running at the 10k mark after passing in the lead at 27:27. Tried to start again and run with second pack, but stopped again. Eventually jogged it in and ran 63:13. letsrun.com/forum/flat_rea…
