Good. Public sector pay has been rising slower than private sector pay for too long, our public services must be able to hire & retain the best. The narrative of ‘wage rises lead to inflation’ is misleading. The last period of inflation followed a long period of wage stagnation.

🚨BREAKING: Labour is set to repeal both the Minimum Service Levels and the 2016 Trade Union Act. The Tories brought these laws in to ban workers from defending jobs, pay and conditions. This legislation wouldn't be out of place under a dictatorship - good riddance.
