#Oxford : We are confident that supplies for all customers will be back from tonight although customers on high ground may take longer. As a precaution we are opening bottled water stations tomorrow in the same locations as today in case of further unforeseen delays.

#Oxford Customers whose water is still affected should see pressures improving through to late evening – we apologise that this is later than we originally anticipated. This is likely to happen sooner in lower-lying locations than for properties in higher areas.

#Oxford We’re really sorry for the delay in restoring water. We’re refilling 15km of pipes, pumping water at a controlled rate to avoid further bursts, and releasing air locks from the system. This takes time, to make sure we don’t over-pressurise the pipes.
