Today Université Lorraine announces that it will not renew its Wiley deal and will repurpose all savings towards Open Science initiatives. It echoes keynotes speeches of Chris Bourg at LIBER last July and of Michael Arentoft yesterday at the OS Fair stressing the need of rebalancing.
