In partnership with the Ministry of Education, Culture & Higher Education, Bar Ama Baro creates a pathway for Accelerated Basic Education students to get a primary school certificate and enter the formal school system or seek to continue their education through vocational & post-secondary studies. #LiteracyDay

Over the past four years, USAID's BAB program has distributed over 650,000 textbooks to Somali teachers and students. Today, Ambassador Riley reaffirmed USAID's dedication to enhancing education by transferring textbook copyrights to the Somali government. 🇸🇴🤝📖
