This is exactly what we observe as well: after 12-24 weeks of therapy with nattokinase/lumbrokinase or serrapeptase, the detection of microclots is usually negative. I only add platelet aggregation inhibition with aspirin depending on the platelet function test. 1/2

WHEN will we be taken seriously? LongCOVID is a microvascular disease: endothelialitis, microclots, platelet hyperactivation with immune and perfusion dysfunction. D-dimer is not a suitable test.
