We had a sellout crowd at the National Library of Scotland this evening for our blether about Frankenstein and Scottish Gothic. The tie-in exhibition, which runs for two more weeks, features Mary Shelley’s letters and much more besides.
📚🧟♂️💕 Had such a great time chairing Dr Emily Alder & Prof Daniel Cook National Library of Scotland in front of a sold out audience to hear all about 'Mary Shelley, Frankenstein, & the Scottish Gothic Tradition'. It was such a fascinating discussion, & I was lucky to have the best seat in the house.
🎶💕 Stunning night of sound & vision The Glad Cafe with Andrew Wasylyk & Tommy Perman playing music from their new album 'Ash Grey and the Gull Glides On' - out now with Clay Pipe Music. Throw in an appearance from special guest Aidan Moffat & you have an unforgettable gig 👇
