This is very much my experience.

This is absolutely obscene. We have seen UK LGBT groups, news orgs, and more absolutely abandon transgender people. Throw them to the dirt. Trans people are "too contentious" to report our stories, apparently. This is why we need strong, independent, trans journalism.

While “a lot of the paralympians for the 2032 games aren’t disabled yet” is a good point I really really bloody hate this threat of “you better respect us because you could become one of us”. Like you could just respect disabled people nonstop.
